Avery declaration on REACH
In June 2007, the European Commission enacted the Regulation (EC) No 1906/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Avery Zweckform actively supports the objective of this Regulation of ensuring a high level of protection for human health and for the environment, and will fulfil all obligations with respect to REACH.
Candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)
According to REACH, Article 33, we must inform you, our customers, as soon as we are informed by our suppliers that a substance of the candidate list with more than 0.1 mass percent (w / w) is contained in one of our products.
